The Pawsh Dog Taylor, Portage & Marion

Breeder of Shetland Sheepdogs since 2005.  Our kennel name is Spruce Hollow Shelties.  I have had the breed in my life from the day I was born.  Our family has always loved the breed for their loyalty, gentle sweet pleasing personality and very very smart.  Myself and my husband’s breeding programs number one focus is breeding good temperaments.  I have competed in confirmation and agility earning many championships and titles on my dogs/puppies over the years.  My real actual love of training began when my mother purchased my very 1st male sheltie “Dakota”.  He was very energetic and a vibrant puppy who needed a job in life.  Dakota is the dog that opened up my eyes to the love of dog training.  I did everything with this puppy from many stages of obedience, flyball, herding, and agility.  Agility is what made our mark in the dog world we both became Agility Junkies.   Dakota and I competed until he was 13 when I retired him from agility.  After all my hard work and building that bond with Dakota, I then wanted to teach others.  Dakota was my #1 demo dog I would take him to my classes for clients to see, if you do your homework you can achieve anything with you and your dog.  Something I learned along my way with dog training over the years establish Rules, Boundaries, and Limitations.
